Refund policy

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nature Baby Outfitter! We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Returns:
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

For gear items, here are some common questions we anticipate:

  • Baby carriers: All tags and packaging must be intact, and the carrier must be in new condition. No chew marks, spit-up, or signs of wear from trying it on. It should look like it left our store.
  • Car seats: The car seat must still be in its original box, never installed in a vehicle, or used to transport a child. If the box has a tamper proof box that must be in original condition.  
  • Strollers: Ensure the stroller is in its original packaging with all parts and pieces included, as they were for transit. It should show no signs of use. If the box has a tamper proof box that must be in original condition.  
  • Cloth diapers: All tags and original packaging must be intact. The diapers must not have been used or prepped in any way.

Essentially, all returns must be in the same condition they were when they left our shop. If you have questions about a specific item, please feel free to ask us—we're a friendly bunch! :)

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale and promotional bundled items
  • Seasonal items
  • Gift cards

To complete your return:
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, a store credit will be applied to your account for the current price of the item or the price you paid, whichever is lower.

If the returned item does not meet the return criteria, we will contact you to discuss options.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We are happy to offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you'd like a different size or product. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at iloveshopping@naturebabyoutfitter.com to arrange the exchange.

Please note that the returned item must meet the same return criteria as outlined in our policy (unused, in original packaging, etc.). You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and any price differences for the new item or size will be handled at the time of exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For all items, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
