We’re a small woman owned Montana-based kids’ store helping families gear up for the beautifully chaotic adventure known as parenting.

The Job
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us create content that conveys our in store experience. We need it to be authentic, honest, and actually useful.
Someone who can help us capture the magic (and come on... all the mayhem) of real family life while also explaining how a good match of products will help them.
This role starts part-time but can absolutely grow into full-time as our YouTube + educational content strategy expands.
What You’ll Do
🎬 Create videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and wherever else families hang out online.
📸 Capture the real stuff the in store moments with customers, the silly staff moments, the educational moments.
💡 Develop creative ideas that help parents feel seen and supported.
📅 Plan, post & engage across platforms.
🤝 Work with our team to highlight events, gear, workshops, and the behind-the-scenes fun of running a kids’ store.
🎁 Help us produce tutorials, demos, and helpful guides that make parents’ lives easier (even if only by 3%).
What You Bring
✔️ Experience managing social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
✔️ Strong videography + editing skills
✔️ A sense of humor
✔️ A love for storytelling
✔️ The ability to embrace the chaos
✔️ A passion for creating content that’s real, encouraging, and fun and never overly filtered or “perfect”
