About Us
We’re a small, woman-owned kids’ store in downtown Kalispell helping families gear up for the beautifully chaotic adventure known as parenting.

The Job
We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to help us bring families together, both in our store and online. You’ll dream up fun, useful events, plan them around our marketing promotions, and team up with other downtown shops, local businesses, and Flathead Valley nonprofits to create experiences our community will love.
What You’ll Do
📅 Plan and run events in our store and online, from classes and meetups to celebrations and seasonal happenings.
📣 Keep up with our marketing promotions and build events around them so every sale, launch, and brand spotlight has something fun attached.
🤝 Collaborate with downtown Kalispell businesses on joint events, shop-local days, and community happenings.
💛 Partner with businesses and nonprofits across the Flathead Valley for family-friendly events that give back.
🗓️ Keep our events calendar full and up to date so families always know what’s coming up.
📸 Work with our team to promote events and share the fun before, during, and after.
What You Bring
✔️ Experience planning events, whether for a business, nonprofit, school, or community group
✔️ Strong organization and follow-through (spreadsheets and calendars are your friends)
✔️ Comfort reaching out to other businesses and building relationships
✔️ Creative ideas and a sense of humor
✔️ A love for families, kids, and bringing people together
✔️ Bonus points if you already know the Flathead Valley community
