$ 21.00

Digestive Aid

• Soothing and calming herbs

• More comfortable feedings

• Alcohol-free

Only the most benign herbs should be given to infants. Mothers have soothed and calmed their babies for centuries with gentle herbs such as chamomile and catnip. Fennel may help your little one to pass uncomfortable gas.

Observe your infant closely for any reaction such as rash or change in breathing.

  • Catnip leaf & flower (Nepeta cataria) : Catnip's biggest health benefit is the calming effect that it can have on the body. It contains nepetalactone, which is similar to the valepotriates found in a commonly used herbal sedative, valerian. This can improve relaxation, which may support mood, restlessness, and nervousness.

  • Chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita) : Chamomile is loaded with antioxidants that may provide for multiple health benefits, including sleep support, digestive support, healthy cell support, cardiovascular health, and immune support.

  • Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare) : Fennel is an aromatic herb that works to support normal digestion. It may be helpful for occasional gas, bloating, and indigestion. It may also have a calming action on smooth muscles, which may be part of the reason for its digestive benefits. Fennel is also used to support a healthy volume and quality of breast milk produced.
